STEM task: Making Pyramids
The fun just doesn't stop for Year 5...
It was Children In Need day at Camphill and we all got dressed up for the occasion... when in Rome and all that!
Gerard Hughes from Sentinus came along to do some STEM activities with the children showing them how to make pyramids and a vehicle that could be used to transport heavy stone. These activities were quite tricky and team work was essential to get the job done.
The children also got to make rockets which we launched in the playground... the excitement was astronomic.
We have all returned to earth once again and will have our final visit to Camphill next Thursday 21st Nov.
