Making Canopic Jars
The agenda for Day 3 of our Shared Ed visit was to use the Izak 9 cubes to learn and develop positional language in terms of bearing points. It was a more challenging task compared to last week, but the pupils all showed a great enthusiasm to see the tasks through to the end.
Meanwhile back in the 'Egyptian art lab', the gory story of mummification resulted in the making of canopic jars. The children weren't afraid to get their hands dirty and the chat around the tables was great.
