Wellbeing Wednesday Week 11 Theme – Taking Risks

This week’s focus is about being brave enough to take risks. The children will learn why this can be an important part of learning. They will learn that risk taking is about spotting opportunities to grow or learn something new or in a different way. Our pupils will understand that risk takers are independent and confident. The children will learn that risk taking has positive outcomes, not only for the challenge of learning but for their self-esteem as well. It is exciting! By reflecting on how they have done, they will begin to recognise that some risks are good and some aren’t worth taking.
