Primary 5 Post a Letter to their Lockdown Heroes!

"We are incredibly happy to be back!
The Primary 5 children (and their teacher) were so glad to be back in school this week and were delighted to have no more Home Learning.
Home Learning was tough at times, but the children still wanted to say a big 'THANK YOU' to the special heroes who helped them through the past 10 weeks.
So with pencils, paper and envelopes at the ready the letter writing began!
A visit to the post office to buy a stamp from Tommy and then a trip to the postbox completed the secret mission.
The children really enjoyed the experience of addressing an envelope, asking for a stamp, putting the stamp on the envelope and posting it in the postbox all by themselves.
So, their work is done. Mr Postman, it's over to you now!
