Mid & East Antrim in Bloom Community Competition

Congratulations to Mrs Angela Duffin and her Y5 class from 2018-19, who helped the school win the runner up prize in the Best Gardening Project section of the Mid & East Antrim in Bloom Community Competition.

Over a series of days in the summer term the children created and tended to plants and a vegetable garden that they helped establish in the school. This year Mrs Sharkey's Y5 class have taken on the work of maintaining the garden.

Thank-you to everyone involved in the competition and especially to the boys and girls who looked after the garden with such great care. Well done everyone.
