Anti-Bullying Week 2019 @ MQP

The focus for Anti-Bullying week this year is “Change Starts with Us”. The children have been investigating what changes they can make in school, at home and with their families. In class the children have been focussing on choosing kindness, respect, friendship, offering a smile or a compliment and most importantly standing up for their friends.

In Mary Queen of Peace we understand that, “making small, simple changes, we can break this cycle and create a safe environment for everyone, where everyone is heard. Because together, we can end bullying. ‘‘Change starts here. Change starts now. Change starts with us.” (NI Anti-Bullying Forum, 2019)
