Trócaire: Copper Coins

As part of our school Lenten campaign, Primary 1 will be collecting 1ps and 2ps each Friday from the classes, on both sites.

This is a traditional Trócaire fundraiser and everyone loves to see the P1 pupils on a Friday morning. You would be surprised how much money can be collected this way.

Please encourage the children to gather any loose coppers lying around their house or even their grandparents’ house! The children bring the coppers into class for our little ones to come and collect. We will begin on Friday 24 February and continue every Friday during Lent.
