This week’s Wellbeing Wednesday comes from Danton the Idyllic Dove. Danton reminds us about the importance of finding inner peace and making time for mindful practices, especially by going out into nature.
The children will learn that life can be busy, frustrating and stressful sometimes and that it is important to take time out to relax, especially by going outside.
