The Power of Pennies!

"We want to collect enough 1ps and 2ps to buy Kumba some cows, some hens and a fruit tree!" (Year 1s' Copper Trail Wish)
Well, a huge well done to all our little 'Copper Hunters' from Year 1. They have been collecting coppers from all the classrooms over Lent and with some help from the Year 4 pupils they began to count their 'bounty' of coins on Monday.
They were delighted to hear that they had raised a massive £350 to help Kumba and her family. Wishes really can come true!
Well done again Year 1s. We are all so proud of you.
