St. Patrick's Day Celebrations

St. Patrick’s Day celebrations will take place in the school on Friday 15 March.  We will mark the holiday with a Green Day.  Pupils should dress in green and make a £1 donation to Trócaire.

Y2 will perform a St. Patrick’s Day Assembly for the whole school in the Parish Hall.  The Y1 & 2 pupils should go directly to the hall on Friday morning and will remain in Martinstown for the whole day.  Y1 & 2 children can be collected from the Parish Hall @ 2 p.m. on Friday.

We will also have our one Lenten treat – a bun sale on Green Day.  Y6 are organising this year’s bun sale (Y6 are studying Fair Trade as their Term II’s theme).  Buns cost 25p each.
