C2k, EA.TV, Capita and the Education Authority, in partnership with the Safeguarding Board for NI and UK Safer Internet Centre are proud to announce a new initiative to help inform young people of some of the dangers of being online.

What better way for pupils to learn about online safety issues than by creating and sharing their experiences with each other?

Tuesday 7th February is Safer Internet Day and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners of the eSafety Video Competition will be in the EA Television Studios in Antrim Board Centre to talk about their video and showcase it in a videoconference open to all schools in Northern Ireland.

The session will be streamed to schools live and our Year 5-7 pupils will have the opportunity to view these videos.

This will mark the beginning of an important journey to educate our pupils and parents in Internet Safety.
