Road Safety

6th June 2018

Road Safety is an important part of our Personal Development and Mutual Understanding (PDMU) curriculum and the pupils attended PSNI road safety talks as part of this work.

Every child in the school was also presented with a Hi-Viz vest, with a slogan created by one of our pupils following a school competition. The prize winner was announced at the special assembly.  'Be Safe, Be Seen, is a perfect slogan.  Conratulations and we hope you enjoy your prize.

The Hi-Viz vests were produced in partnership with Glenravel and District Community and Residents’ Association and The Housing Executive. We are very grateful for the support of the association and we will be out and about with the residents tomorrow, as part of a community ‘Big Clean’.
