Primary Schools' Cross-Country Final
3rd March 2023
Congratulations to our girls’ cross-country team who finished sixth in the NI Primary Schools’ Final.
The girls qualified for the finals, having come through a very tough regional group. On a spring day, made for running, the team performed fantastically at the City of Belfast Playing Fields.
The season is now finished and most of the team will move on to post-primary school and hopefully compete for their new schools in athletics’ events. Congratulations to the Y7 girls who qualified for two NI Finals in a row, some achievement. Hopefully our Y6 girls will be back again next year, no doubt joined by girls in Y5 who are bursting to get on to the team!
Well done everyone.
Thank you, as always, to Team MQP for the wonderful support.
