Primary 7 Shared Education Logo Day

Another visit to our friends in Camphill had the Primary 7 pupils designing and creating logos with the big focus on creating a 'Shared Education' logo that would reflect the journey that Mary Queen of Peace and Camphill have had together.
Before Easter all the Primary 7 pupils created their own personal logos, thinking about what symbols/pictures/words they could use to reflect them. Today, they had the chance to share their designs with the pupils in Camphill and in doing so learn a little bit more about each other.
The pupils worked in small, mixed groups to combined ideas for a design that could be used as the 'Shared Education' logo for our schools. Discussions highlighted the importance of showing an appreciation of each other's sporting loves, as well as the school building where learning takes place and a sample of the good days we have had together. Using Just2Create the pupils put their planned logos together.
The favourite logo was judged by the pupils using the 'dot voting' process.
