Primary 5's Egyptian Workshop

Primary 5 classes enjoyed an Ancient Egyptian workshop this week.
Tutu herself welcomed us all to The Valley of Kings in Egypt. We learned all about pharaohs, priests, servants and slaves and the whole hierarchy in Ancient Egyptian times. We were able to compare elements of Tutu's life to our own here in Glenravel- at least we can all wear clothes before the age of 8!
It was a wonderful opportunity for all the children to show Tutu what knowledge they had already learned about Ancient Egyptian times, and we asked her some excellent, thought-provoking questions.
A great morning indeed.
