Our recent shared education trip to Glenariffe Forest Park was a truly wonderful day from start to finish. The children had a fantastic time spending the day with their friends from Camphill Primary School, enjoying a fun day in a beautiful outdoor setting.

During our visit, the children explored the forest and learned all about the different types of trees, flowers and animals that call Glenariffe home. One of the highlights of the day was completing the Waterfall Walk, where everyone was amazed by the stunning scenery and the sound of rushing water along the trail.

We also learned about the red squirrels that are sometimes spotted in the forest, sparking plenty of excitement and curiosity among the children as they kept a careful lookout along the way. We found nut shells so we knew that the squirrels were close by.

The weather was absolutely glorious, making the experience even more enjoyable and allowing the children to make the most of being outdoors. With so much fresh air, exercise and excitement, there’s no doubt that the children will sleep very well tonight!

Enjoy the photographs. 🙂🌳✨
