Primary 3 Assembly

Primary 3’s assembly ‘Jesus and his Friends’ brought our first half-term to an end as Mary Queen of Peace PS. The children told us that Jesus had many friends when he was on Earth and like him we should always try to be a good friend to others. Being a good friend is very important in the classroom and in the playground and there are many ways you can show you are a good friend. They told us the story of Jesus and the Fishermen, performed a poem and sang Circle of Friends. They now know we can talk to Jesus our friend when we pray.
