Online Safety Newsletter September 2024 - Understanding Algorithms

The first of our Online Safety Newsletters for the new school year looks at the positive and negative influences that ALGORITHMS can have on the content of what our children view when using social media platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube.

This is a very worthwhile read as it provides information on how to reset algorithms on our devices, the new safety features on the Snapchat app, as well as how to use the 'Check In' tool on an Iphone.
