MQP Takes on Bullseye Night
7th November 2026
The Glenravel community, as they always do, provided fantastic support for the parish’s primary school at the MQP Takes on Bullseye fundraiser. We had a super evening of darts, craic, games, music and fun. As you all know, we are a bit competitive in Glenravel and there was plenty of, shall we call it, competitive enthusiasm on show at the oche and amongst the noisy spectators.
Proceeds from the event will go towards additional playing facilities at our new school, which will enhance the learning experiences of all our pupils.
The evening was made possible through the generous support of our sponsors. Your kindness is very much appreciated.
A big thank-you also to Aodh O’Loan who compered the show and was supported technically by Chris Davies and Seamus McAleenan. The music was supplied by Conál Carey, bar facilities by Pat Hamill and, as always, we are grateful to the parish for the use of the hall. Our thanks too, to Mickey Magee and all the local dart throwers for their support. Thanks boys!
Parental and community participation was central to the success of Bullyseye and we are very appreciate of the volunteers who took to the stage. Well done everyone!
Finally, a huge thank you to our wonderful staff and their families, for making the Bullseye fundraiser such a success.
