Mary Queen of Peace PS is creating a neuroaffirming school which recognises, supports and celebrates neurodivergent pupils.

Middletown Centre for Autism, the national centre for excellence, provided a professional development programme to guide our staff in: understanding autistic perception; recognising and using the pupils' strengths; and developing teaching techniques.
