Green Day
15th March 2019
We marked the national holiday with Green Day in MQP. The children looked great dressed in green.
We had a number of treats on Green Day. Firstly, we had the whole school together, Y1-7 for the whole day. We also had the opportunity to enjoy Mrs McConway’s Y2 pupils’ wonderful St. Patrick’s Day Assembly and we learnt so much about our patron saint. Finally, we had our one Lenten treat – a bun sale in aid of Trócaire, courtesy of Mrs O’Broin and her Y6 class.
