Our children can communicate online in many different ways, for example: via messaging apps; social media apps: and online games, such as FIFA and Fortnite.
We need to understand how and who our children are communicating with, to keep them safe online.
Snapchat
The potential risks of using Snapchat are highlighted and guidance on parental controls and privacy settings are provided.
Managing Your Child's Device
Information on how you can use Google Family Link or Apple Family Sharing to help set screen time limits, approve App purchases/downloads and find their location on your child’s device.
Please continue to ensure that your child knows to talk to a trusted adult if they are worried or concerned about something in their online world.
