What a fantastic day we had in Primary 5 as we transformed our classroom into an Egyptian wonderland! The excitement was real as the students dressed up and emersed themselves into the fascinating world of Ancient Egypt. We kicked off the day by learning to dance like an Egyptian, with everyone joining in the rhythmic fun that left us all giggling.

Next, the budding artists got to paint their very own canopic jars, channelling their inner Pharaohs! Each jar turned out to be a unique masterpiece. We also crafted stunning pieces of jewellery, with painted pasta and bright colours inspiring a real sense of creativity among the children. They got to design their own pyramids and created impressive models that showcased their understanding of these iconic structures. To top it all off, we created our own death masks, allowing the kids to delve deeper into Egyptian customs.

As if that wasn't enough, we ventured into the culinary world, sampling authentic Egyptian foods—it was like a trial from I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! All in all, Primary 5 had a memorable day, filled with learning, laughter, and a touch of Egyptian magic!
