Cross-Country

We have enjoyed tremendous success in cross-country running this year. The girls, after three hard rounds of competition, were crowned Causeway Region champions and now qualify for the national finals in Mallusk (Wednesday 22 February). This was a very special victory for the girls because in 2016 Glenravel PS won the Causeway Region too. The great traditions of the old school have been passed into the new school and our team had runners from both Martinstown and Cargan. What a lovely way to start our new school. Good luck girls.
The school will be represented in the boys’ national individual competition too, with one of our team having qualified for a second year in a row for national finals. Quite an achievement. Well done and good luck!
