Year 7 Confirmation
Congratulations to our Year 7 class who received the Holy Spirit in the Sacrament of Confirmation.
We are very proud of how our pupils prepared for this sacrament and the reverent way in which they received the Holy Spirit during the ceremony.
Confirmation is a time when we see our whole school community come together to help support the children in their spiritual development. Thank you to Bishop Farquhar and Fr Lyons for celebrating the sacrament with our pupils; Mrs McDonald and Mrs Kathleen Agnew for the music; Mrs McAlister and the school’s staff; Curly for the photographs and the PTA and Y6 parents for catering after Confirmation. This team effort is very much appreciated.
We hope the children, their sponsors and families had a very memorable evening.
