Congratulations to Miss Ciara McLaughlin on the publication of her cookery book Bread and Butter Cakes and Bakes from Granny's Stove. Miss McLaughlin, who joined our staff in September, is an accomplished artist and baker who has combined both talents to produce a book of traditional and seasonal Irish cuisine, based on her granny's recipes.
