Animation Workshop

A big thank you to Joel Simon from 'Can Do Academy', who came along this afternoon to complete a two hour animation workshop with some of the pupils from Y4 to Y7.
Twenty-four pupils enjoyed finding out about the new and exciting features on the recently purchased 'Stop Motion' animation app. They were shown how to use the built in library of sound effects and background music, the drawing facilities which add a new dimension to image frames and the cool title pages, to name a few.
Over the next few weeks the Y4 - Y7 children involved in this workshop will have the opportunity to share what they learned today with their peers back in the classroom.
The STOP MOTION app used in today's workshop, can be purchased for £4.99 from the App store. (The icon is pink in colour with a white video camera.)
